The Public Domain Players (PDP) presents student-produced performances and bridges past and contemporary audiences through adaptation, emerging methodologies, and spectator-driven entertainment. PDP creates collaborative environments that bring together graduate and undergraduate students from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UC Santa Barbara) and the surrounding community. The Public Domain Players welcome individuals of all experience levels and backgrounds to participate in shows and projects as actors, production team members, and/or in administrative capacities. We are an official RCO (Registered Campus Organization) at UCSB and a registered non-profit. We have received funding from Isla Vista Arts, the Isla Vista Community Relations Committee, the Isla Vista Community Services District, the UCSB Early Modern Center, the UCSB English Department,  and several community donors.
